Grey Matter is a 191 page glossary exploring the bittersweet moments within the fleeting nature of life through both existing and made-up definitions. Sitting at 6” x 8.5”, the publication uses Cougar Natural Cream 60 lb paper and is stitched together with a French link stitch. By delving into poetry, evocative imagery, and short stories pulled from my friends and the internet, Grey Matter hopes to remind its readers that while sadness is inevitable with endings, perhaps it is something we can embrace. After all, our hearts can only twist and bleed from loss if we have lived and loved as fully as we can.
